WHAT IS GATE EXAM?
GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) is a typical online exam for Engineering topics, Masters in Technology, and PhD admissions, as well as for getting hired in major public and private sector firms. GATE Exam Syllabus

Question related to mathematical problems in engineering which are of 13 to 15 marks, Questions about general aptitude which will be of 15 marks and some Core questions of about 70 to 72 marks.
The questions will be MCQs, MSQs and NATs. You will get 3 hours to finish your examination. The total number of marks will be 100 and there will be some negative marking as well. 0.33 and 0.66 for 1 and 2 marks MCQs respectively and no negative marking for other types of questions.

- IIT Kharagpur will organize this year’s GATE Examination.
